Our two core development approaches (agile and user centered design) are especially suited for web application development. In using agile, we believe in the “release early, release often” strategy. This means, we start by building each feature of the app in its most simplistic form, and increase complexity as the project progresses. This allows us to test product assumptions and grow accordingly. With our User Centered Design approach, we make sure Users are at the center of our decision making process, which helps us reduce “scope creep” and maximize site usability. We find that both these development philosophies are critical to a successful web application development cycle.
